Poster presenters will give their presentations during the assigned session time in front of their respective posters, starting at the designated times below. The remaining time will be allocated for questions and answers.

Poster Size

• Your Poster Size: 90cm (W) x 120cm (H) *Maximum size
• Poster Board Size: 95cm (W) x 230cm (H)
• The poster title, author(s)'s name(s) and institution(s) should appear at the top.
• You can use the conference logo to make your poster.

Poster Set up & Removal

• Presenters are responsible for both setting up and removing their posters according to the presentation schedule.
• Any materials left on the poster board after each session will be removed and discarded.
• We do not take any responsibility for anything left at the end of the Poster Session.
• Adhesive tape will be provided.

• We offer a convenient way to print and deliver your poster directly to the conference venue.
