Poster Set up & Removal
- Presenters are responsible for both setting up and removing their posters according to the presentation schedule.
- Any materials left on the poster board after each session will be removed and discarded.
- We do not take any responsibility for anything left at the end of the Poster Session.
- Adhesive tape will be provided.
E-Poster Display
Posters will be displayed on a 50-inch monitor with a 3:4 aspect ratio in the poster zone.

Guidelines to create and submit your poster
- Please use the provided poster template for uniformity and adherence to congress standards.
- A poster template is available for download.
- Language and Format: Posters should be prepared in English and must be submitted as a single-slide MS PowerPoint (.pptx) file.
- File Naming Format: Save your file using the following format: [Submission Number_Category_Name]

- The submission of posters should be submitted strictly via the Dropbox link above only.
- Submission deadline : Sunday, October 5th, 2025
Withdrawals
- If you wish to withdraw your abstract and poster presentation, please inform the congress secretariat as soon as possible via email.
Registration Requirements
※ All presenters must complete their congress registration before the deadline.

Failure to register by the deadline will result in the automatic withdrawal of the submitted abstract.
