Presentation Guideline

Important Notice for Poster Presenters ★★★

All posters will be presented as E-Posters and displayed on E-Kiosks during the congress.

All poster presenters are required to attend and present in person.
All presenters must complete registration for KATRDIC 2026.
Poster printing is not required.
Please prepare your E-Poster according to the guidelines below.

E-Poster File Format Guidelines

Poster Size: The poster should be designed in a 3:4 aspect ratio.
Poster Template: Please use the provided poster template to ensure consistency and compliance with congress standards.

Language & File Format: Posters must be prepared in English and submitted as a single-slide MS PowerPoint (.pptx) file.
File Naming: Please save your file using the following format → [Abstract Number_Category_Name]
Submission: Please upload your E-Poster file using the following Dropbox link:

Submission Deadline: September 27 (Sun)

Note:
If you need to revise your E-Poster after submission, please re-upload the revised final file through the same Dropbox submission link by the submission deadline. Only the latest file uploaded by the deadline will be considered the final version.

Revisions and Withdrawals

1. Revisions

If you need to revise your E-Poster after submission, please re-upload the revised final file through the Dropbox submission link by the submission deadline.

After re-uploading the file, please notify the secretariat at sci@katrdic2026.org. Please include your abstract number and name in the email subject line.

Only the latest file uploaded by the deadline will be considered the final version.

2. Withdrawals

If you wish to withdraw your abstract, including the poster, please request the withdrawal by sending an email to the secretariat at sci@katrdic2026.org as soon as possible.
