Important Notice for Oral Presenters ★★★

• Oral presenters are required to participate in both the Oral Presentation and Poster Exhibition on-site.
  • E-poster: Submit your E-poster file in advance according to the guidelines below.
  • Oral Presentation: Submit your presentation file to the Preview Room at the congress venue according to the guidelines below.
• All oral presenters are required to attend and present in person. Remote presentations will not be permitted.
• All presenters must complete registration for KATRDIC 2026.
• If registration is not completed, the abstract will be withdrawn and not included in the abstract book.
• The Presenting Author must deliver the presentation in person during the assigned session.
• To withdraw your abstract, please contact the secretariat: sci@katrdic2026.org

E-Poster File Format Guidelines

• Poster Size: The poster should be designed in a 3:4 aspect ratio.
• Poster Template: Please use the provided poster template to ensure consistency and compliance with congress standards.

• Language & File Format: - Posters should be prepared in English and must be submitted as a single-slide MS PowerPoint (.pptx) file
                                               - The slide must be in 16:9 aspect ratio (Please use the official template.)
• File Naming: Please save your file using the following format → [Abstract Number_Category_Name]
• Submission: Please upload your E-Poster file using the following Dropbox link:

• Submission Deadline: September 27 (Sun)

Oral Presentation

• All presentations should be proceeded in English.
• Each oral presentation is allotted for an 8-minute presentation followed by a 2-minute Q&A, totaling 10 minutes per presenter.

Presentation File Format Guidelines

• Microsoft Office PowerPoint (PPT) (Wide screen 16:9 aspect ratio)
• Please note that all oral presentations must include a Conflict of Interest (COI) slide as the 3rd slide.
• Please use standard MS Office fonts, such as Arial or Times New Roman.
• Images should be in JPG, GIF or PNG format
• Video files should be in MP4 or AVI format

Presentation File Submission (Preview Room)

• Please bring your presentation files on an USB memory stick to the onsite preview room at least 2 hours before your scheduled session time.

Equipment in the Session Room

• Session rooms will be equipped with a Windows computer (not Mac), a projector, and a microphone.
• Podiums will be equipped with a monitor, a mouse, and a smart pointer (without a keyboard).
• The monitor will display the 'PowerPoint Presenter View,' so you can view your slide notes.
• Using your personal laptop computer is not allowed to ensure the smooth progress of the session.

Withdrawals

• If you wish to withdraw your abstract including the poster, please request the withdrawal by sending an email to the secretariat sci@katrdic2026.org as soon as possible.
