Guidelines

Deadline for Abstract Submission : August 8 (Fri), 2025, 24:00 (Korean Standard Time)
Notification of Abstract Acceptance : September 8 (Mon), 2025

Language : English
Title : A concise title less than 200 English characters including spaces
Abstract title should be brief and reflecting the content of the abstract.
Abstract Structure : Background-Methods-Results-Conclusions
Length of Body : no longer than 300 words
The submission program will not allow submissions that do not fit in the size requirements.
Tables, figures and graphs are allowed up 3 contents.
Authors : Do not include degrees or titles.
Abstracts that have been published in a journal or article cannot be submitted.
Encore abstracts that have not been published but were presented at another conference may be submitted, with this allowance temporarily limited to the year 2025.

Topics of following categories are welcomed for submission.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to review procedures.
Notification of acceptance will be informed by email to the presenting and corresponding authors.
Presenting authors should register by the early registration deadline to confirm their attendance.
If not, the abstract will be withdrawn from the final program.

Abstract modification is possible until submission deadline.
If you have to withdraw the abstract, please inform the secretariat by email (info@katrdic2025.org) as soon as possible.
