Abstract Format

• Language : English
• Title : A concise title less than 200 English characters including spaces
• Abstract title should be brief and reflecting the content of the abstract.
• Abstract Structure : Background-Methods-Results-Conclusions
• Length of Body : no longer than 300 words
• The submission program will not allow submissions that do not fit in the size requirements.
• Tables, figures and graphs are allowed up 3 contents.
• Authors : Do not include degrees or titles.
• Abstracts must contain original material neither published nor presented elsewhere prior to the Conference.
  Encore abstracts are not permitted.

Acceptance Notification

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to review procedures.
• Notification of acceptance will be informed by email to the presenting and corresponding authors.
• Presenting authors should register by the early registration deadline to confirm their attendance.
  If not, the abstract will be withdrawn from the final program.

Abstract Modification or Withdrawal

• Abstract modification is possible until submission deadline.
• If you have to withdraw the abstract, please inform the secretariat by email (info@katrdic.org) as soon as possible.
