Oral Presentations Guidelines
- All of the presentations should be proceeded in English.
- Allotted time of each presentation for Oral Presentations is ‘8-minute presentation + 2-minute Q&A’. (Total 10 minutes are allotted.)
- By Program at a Glance, you can find which session your presentation belongs to. Each session has 9 presentations, and presentations will be done in the order of presentation number.

Oral Presentations Slides Submission
- Online Submission Deadline: 4 November 2019
- For those who want to submit Presentation Slides before the conference, please send your slides to info@katrdic.org.
- If you need to revise your slides after 4 November 2019 (Mon), please visit the Preview Room on the date of your presentation. - On-site Submission: For those who want to submit Presentation Slides on the date of your presentation, please visit the Preview Room to upload your slides. You need to visit the Preview Room at least 1 hour before your presentation.
- Please prepare your presentation slides in MS PowerPoint. (Format is ‘.pptx’)
- Connecting your personal laptop is not allowed in the presentation room for smooth progress of the session.
Posters Exhibition Guidelines
- Poster Exhibition will be starting at the Poster Session on 10:30, 7 November, 2019
- All posters should be set up by 10:00 on Thursday and removed from 15:00-15:30, 7 November 2019.
- Any materials left on the Poster board after Poster Session time will be remove and discarded.
We do not take any responsibility for anything left at the end of Poster Session. - Adhesive tape will be provided.
- Avoid reflective or plastic-coated paper.
